Matt Hess has had the privilege to serve as a pastor, church planter, and church planting catalyst for over twenty years in various locations. At the heart of each role, is a deep desire to see lives transformed through the saving power of Jesus Christ! Matt’s ministry passion revolves around four primary areas: developing leaders, helping plant multiplying churches, vision casting, and preaching the Gospel. Matt also serves as a church planting catalyst with the Send Network Missouri team helping churches across our state plant churches. He is married to Arrica, and together, they have been blessed with four incredible kids, Isaac (18), Gavyn (16), Seanna (14), and Kadence (9).
